My Weight Loss Program (it works, and it is boring...but it works)

Let's get this πŸŽ‰ party started...

3500 CALORIES = 1️⃣ POUND

I am a calorie guy. 3500 calories is one pound, a pound is 3500 calories. If you consume 3500 calories in excess of the calories you consume πŸ₯“ you gain 1️⃣ pound. If you burn πŸ”₯ 3500 more calories than you consume πŸ” you lose 1️⃣ pound. I know, I know, but, but, it isn't true say you, says this, or says article. Well it's true enough for me and as you will see it isn't that important. As I will show you it is all relative.

800 CALORIES/DAY, GIVE OR TAKE (USUALLY TAKE)

My goal is to put my body into a long term calorie deficit βž–. I do that by eating 800 calories/day. Now per day means between the time I wake up and 8 PM. After that I usually have a glass of wine 🍷or a bourbon πŸ₯ƒ. This puts me somewhere around 1000 calories per day, close enough, as I said, it is all relative.

WEEKENDS OFF

Starting Saturday night until Monday morning I eat whatever I want. I can diet 5+ days a week but I need to enjoy life a little at some point. πŸ• Saturday night is for pizza, 🍦ice cream, and an extra glass of 🍷vino.
